Creating the Invoice Scan Profile
- Open ScanSnap Home on your computer
- Click Add Profile (+ button)
- Name it "Store Invoices"
- Set File Format to PDF
- Set Scanning Side to Both Sides
- Set Image Quality to Normal (150dpi is fine)
- Under Save, choose Google Drive folder
- Navigate to your Store Invoices → Incoming folder
- Click Save Profile
Daily Scanning Workflow
- Place invoice face-up in the iX1600 tray
- Select Store Invoices profile on the scanner screen
- Press the Scan button
- PDF saves to Google Drive automatically
- App detects it within 60 seconds
- Review in the queue above
- Click Process to extract data
- Confirm and Save to Sheets
💡 You can scan multiple invoices at once — the iX1600 will split them into separate PDFs if you enable blank page detection in ScanSnap Home.

🔪 Yield & Margin Calculator — Add Cut
Enter the primal cut details. Yield % = usable meat after trim. Gross margin = (sell price − true cost per lb after yield) ÷ sell price.
💡 Yield % is how much sellable meat you get after trimming — e.g. a 10 lb chuck at 78% yield gives 7.8 lb of sellable product. Your true cost per lb becomes cost ÷ yield%.
